Collection: Artisan Chocolate Bars

Our Master Chocolatier had several objectives in creating the recipes for these Chocolate Bars.  Like all our products, they had to be delicious and use the best ingredients from around the world.  He also wanted, whenever possible, to use ingredients from the wonderful farmers, distillers and food artisans that are our friends and neighbors in the Warwick Valley of New York.  We think he succeeded on every front.  You'll find wonderful new flavors, local ingredients and Bars made with the finest Milk, Dark, White, Ruby AND Caramel Chocolates.  All our Dark Chocolate Bars are Vegan.
